Start With A Simple Gratitude Which Is Helpful For The Body, Mind, & Workplace

Start your day with a prayer, be thankful for all the things that you have, things that you have achieved, pray for your loved ones, pray for their health, pray for things for which you are working so hard to achieve it.

Always pray with all good  intentions which will make you feel good, which will encourage you to do good things for yourself and others.

People should always greet everyone in their workspace. Your gratitude makes a big difference between the people with whom you are working. Gratitude makes a healthy and work-friendly environment as you spend 70% of your day in your workspace.

People are experiencing a lot of stress because of their work as they are constantly staring at their screens and sitting on a chair for long hours impacts badly on their physical health. Your health and wellbeing at your workplace are most important which brings us to Employee Wellbeing.

Tips: 

1. Take short breaks at intervals

2. Close your eyes for 5 minutes and start your work again 

3. Drink more water to avoid dehydration  

4. Meditate so you can focus more and work more in stipulated time 

5. Read books to calm your eyes
